We meet with the owner or sponsor to understand business priorities, agree on up to four processes for review, identify relevant people and records, and confirm access, timing, and scope.
A clear, evidence-led sequence connects what people experience in daily operations with the business decisions that follow.
We meet with the owner or sponsor to understand business priorities, agree on up to four processes for review, identify relevant people and records, and confirm access, timing, and scope.
We interview relevant management and employees, review the agreed workflows as they are performed, and document handoffs, delays, duplication, rework, and points where work relies on informal knowledge.
We examine available business records relevant to the selected processes and assess the financial implications of observed operating patterns. Assumptions and information gaps are made explicit.
We present findings and practical improvement plans, including written procedures where applicable and a sequenced 30/60/90-day roadmap with suggested priorities and ownership.
In three scheduled monthly reviews, we discuss progress against the roadmap, clarify emerging barriers, and help the client assess whether priorities or next steps should change. Client management retains implementation responsibility unless separately contracted.
An assessment should make the quality of its evidence visible, not disguise uncertainty with false precision.
Findings are tied to the interviews, observations, and records available within the agreed scope.
Recommendations are framed as concrete changes, with dependencies and implementation considerations noted.
We distinguish a potential opportunity from realized revenue, profit, recovered cash, or actual savings.
We identify recommendations and review progress; the client retains responsibility for business decisions and implementation unless separately agreed.
